What you should and shouldn’t do the first 30 days after your baby is born... Well, my heart goes out to all new couples out there who think they have what it takes to raise a newborn. Let me promise you, you don’t. You may think you do, but you don’t. I hope to encourage the fathers, and the mothers out there who are about to have a baby. Everyone told my wife and I that our life was going to change. That was the understatement of the century, yet the overstatement-Your life is about to change, only for the better! First and foremost here is my number one advice: If you get upset with the baby, at all, give him to your partner or put him down for five-seven minutes and give yourself some breathing room.

I made so many mistakes by not following the above rule. As the father your going to feel like everything is your responsibility: It’s not. Let your wife do what she does best, mother your newborn. I found myself coming to our son’s rescue anytime that he was crying or upset. Then in my prayer times one morning I felt the still small voice of God saying: "Donnie, what are you doing?" Please, let the mother of my child mother him. You are taking away the very gifts I’ve put within her." That got my attention. Then, I started to realize that this was a team effort, and I shouldn’t be Mr. America whenever my son got upset. By the way, the first four weeks of your baby’s life are the most crucial. Don’t plan any extra work projects or anything around the house dad’s.

I was so fortunate to be off-track from work, I’m a teacher, and I got to spend the first 30 days of my new son’s life with him - for which I am eternally grateful. Also, though you may have some friends that like to go out and party or whatever, don’t. Dads stay home with your baby the first 30 days and bond. Forget about clubs and churches too, although your church family will miss you, invite the ones you trust to come over and see the baby.

Another major mistake...I had in my heart the people from church that I knew I could trust, people who were close to my wife and I and the baby, and yet, for whatever reason, I did not invite them over, even though I felt promptings from the Lord, to invite them, I never did. Major mistake. About two months into the babys’ life a spiritual "mother" to my wife came over in tears apologizing that she wasn’t there more for my son when he was born. It was me that should’ve called her. Don’t blow that one men! Call on the people you know you can trust. Don’t count on relatives for help, they may or may not be there...

When Jesus was confronted by the publicans in the square who said "Your mother and brother are outside, he said Here are my mothers, sisters, and brothers, meaning the body of Christ, and the church!" Don’t forget that. You must ask for help at this time. It’s almost impossible for just the two of you to do it on your own. Also, I conduct business online, have since 1997, and doing my business online was a "major" breath of fresh air and escape from the baby, as it took my mind off of him and let me focus on my online business. I encourage all mothers and fathers out there to do something on the computer, listen to music, or just go in another room or pray and dance.

You need your escape time and it’ll be worth millions of dollars to you in the long run! Lastly, men, this is not a time to get upset. Your wife may experience Post-Partum Depression. Mine had a severe case. Watch the words you say. Your wife’s going to make so many mistakes with your newborn. You’ll literally want to freak out when she accidentally under feeds him, or picks him up wrong, or something, but hold your control... She’s learning just like you.

It’s true what they say. They don’t come with a training manual. Just know that you are about to experience the utmost, incredible, untouchable, joy of your life, and this baby will be everything after God and your wife! And you will love your wife more than ever as you see the beautiful bond between your newborn and it’s loving and gracious mother. Get ready for the most exciting time of your life. But also get ready for the greatest challenge of your life. Remember, men, self-control is your best friend. Your wife will love you forever for all of your kind words, support, and gentleness at this time. It is the most important time for you to be Mr. Gentle Ben and Mr. Encouragement. To all the men out there, I salute you, God made you to be a father, do what comes naturally, but let mommy do what comes naturally too, and above all, raise your child in the nurture and admonition of the Lord Jesus Christ...

3. Stylish dark brown boots: Go with dark blue jeans and some dark trousers.
4. White designer sneakers: Go with any kind of jean or sweat pant.
5. Thongs: Go with any kind of jean or sweat pant, plus shorts. Next, let's look at wearing Colognes/Aftershave: We all love a good scent. If you have no female friends to ask, go to a few aftershave stores and ask what the most popular men's aftershaves are.

Or, simply approach a random woman in the store and say, "Hey, I'm looking for a sexy aftershave...what's your favorite men's aftershave?" Get into a conversation with her about it, asking her to describe her favorite and then ask her to help you pick one out. How to wear aftershave: One spray of aftershave on either side of your neck and one just below your throat 30 minutes before going out is plenty. There are few things women hate more than a guy who smells like he has bathed in his cologne.

Your scent should be subtle and allow a woman to get a hint of it. She will need to get closer if she wishes to smell it again. Consider this: If she doesn't like the scent of your cologne and you have put too much on, it can be the difference between success and her walking away. Aim to get your sense of style and fashion under control and it makes meeting, attracting and dating women just that extra bit easier.

1. A wash off cleanser a gentle and mild cleanser will clean skin but not leave it dry like soap can.

Many years ago when I started betting on sports, I never imagined that ten years on I would be betting and trading for a living. So how did it all start? The Surprising New Corvette

Chevrolet has entered the world of super cars with the release of the 2009 Corvette ZR1, the fastest and most powerful car ever built by General Motors. The problem comes in with the LS9's supercharger system and its related plumbing. t released the final power figures for the small-block, single camshaft V-8 , but it is reportedly capable of a minimum of 100 horsepower per liter. Wing Chun was made known to many Westerners through its most famous disciple- Jun Fan, English name: Bruce Lee. It is from the basic principles of this ancient Chinese martial art, a branch of Kung Fu, that the Little Dragon patterned his own art- Jeet Kune Do after.

The exact origin of Wing Chun, like most of its contemporaries, is quite hazy. In fact even the source of the name itself is a matter of dispute. This is due to the fact that documentation was absent during most of its early years and teacher to student instruction was done orally. Another reason is its origins and inventor may have been covered-up on purpose, as it was developed at a time of anti Qing Dynasty rebellion of the Shaolin movement. The words "Wing Chun" literally translates to "spring chant" or "forever spring". Ironically, if two popular accounts of its origin is correct, this aggressive, deadly martial art done in close range was named after a troubled girl- the one that developed it.

Yim Wing-Chun, as one of the legends go was a beautiful girl who was doing her best not to become betrothed to a warlord who expressed interest in marrying her. She made a deal with the unwanted warrior that she would only give her hand if he beat her in a match. Allegedly, Wing Chun enlisted the aid of a Buddhist nun to teach her fighting techniques and was able to defeat her admirer with the style they came-up with. She then goes ahead and marries her true love who in turn named the martial art after her.

The basic principles of Wing Chun are practicality, efficiency and hitting a target with the least amount of movement as possible. It's all about the fighter's centerline- how to preserve it and at the same time, how to destroy the opponent's.

Typical of Chinese martial arts, Wing Chun has several forms. Siu Nim Tao is the basic foundation for all the other forms and techniques. This is where balance of the practitioner's body through proper stance and its structure is developed. Chum Kiu, the second form develops techniques in approach and attack- close-range blows from elbows and knees are also developed in this form. This is where recovery techniques to regain balance and the centerline are also utilized in case of the loss of Siu Nim Tao- the first form. The third form serves as an emergency plan- in case the practitioner is injured and can't regain his centerline. Comprised of sweeping, longer-range kicks and punches, Biu Jee is to be used only as a last resort as it can impart deadly, mortal injuries. The fourth Wing Chun training form is what most martial artists know Wing Chun for- the Mook Yan Jong utilizing the wooden dummy. Not really shaped like a human, it's purpose is to train the fighter proper energy management and angling of blocks and strikes. The last form, which comes after mastery of the open-hand techniques are the weapons forms. In Wing Chun, the deadly twin Butterfly Swords, the long pole and sometimes throwing darts are the weapons used.

One might think that keeping the jersey they wore in high school in the closet is the best way to maintain it. I would have to say they are sorely mistaken. That football jersey you wore during the championship game, the uniform donned for your first pee-wee league game, or even the jersey you wore when your favorite team won a championship. On the other hand there are those that deserve nothing less. Why leave them in the shadows of a dresser or a closet only to fade slowly from memory until no longer do they inspire us or remind us of those moment we are most proud of.

Golf : It’s all about the impact position.

I have played the game of golf for years and my handicap hovered around the 18 - 20 mark. Some days I played to a 12 or so then the next time I would come down to earth with a bump shooting in the 90’s. Then one day I picked up a magazine which promised to lower my handicap (don’t they all) so as usual I would read it even though in the back of my mind I knew I was probably lining someone’s pocket in search of a miracle. This article was different though. IT WORKED. So here I am today playing off a handicap of 4 and I would like to tell you what I learnt. Every article you will read about where the club should be half way back, where it should be at the top of the back swing etc. You end up with umpteen swing thoughts and you fall into that famous golf cliché of paralysis by analysis. As a person who is a complete control freak and has to have a logical explanation for everything this was my downfall.

The one swing thought I have today and on every swing is a mental picture of my impact position.

Think about, if you went to a professional for lessons and you had a swing like Jim Furyk, Chris DiMarco or a young Lee Trevino the pro would have a heart attack, but last time I looked they were pretty useful golfers. What they all do well is through the impact zone.

They get the club into the back of the ball and where the club is before that is neither here nor there. If you look at any photo of a pro just before impact he will have his right heel (for a right handed player) off the ground and the club will be behind the ball and his belt buckle will be aiming in front of the ball.

This is a superb position for number of reasons: The club is playing catch up with your body which is accelerating the club head through impact for more distance It cured an ongoing problem of mine which was the dreaded slice because with the core of your body in front of the ball position I found it made it very difficult for the club face to be left open at impact so you make contact with the ball with a far more square face rather than a glancing blow.

With you having your right heel off the ground you know you are transferring your weight onto your left side and not hanging back on the shot and causing blocks, slices and a general lack of power. Probably the best of all is it keeps your swing simple. You don’t go round the course talking to your self about what you should be doing and making things worse.

My one swing thought is to get my navel in front of the ball just before impact which will automatically get my right heel off the ground, showing a good weight transfer and powerful impact position. I don’t know about you but a lot of tips contradict the other but using this simple plan there is no confusing, no collapses after about 10 holes and it keeps your mind clear which means 2 things. You have no negative thoughts which is the root of all bad swings and you enjoy your round far more with a clear head which, after all, is why we play the game. Try this out. I think you will be very surprised.

And when winter comes, that is the time to put away the fishing flies and wait for spring to return. Or is it?
The fish aren't hibernating, so why should the fly fisher? There are fewer people on the river.

The fisher doesn't have to get out at daybreak, since even the fish know better than to be out when the temperature is near or below freezing. Instead, an experienced winter fly fisher will amble down to the river about midday, taking advantage of the brief window of opportunity to find the fish rising in sunlit pools.Winter fishing usually calls for wet flies rather than dry.

The fish are sluggish in the winter and don't want to chase fishing flies, so it's best to drop the fly right in front of their nose. Winter flies often have a brass bead so they can sink more quickly than glass or plastic fishing flies with lower densities.
